  1. It's 1 cup of Oatmeal (Quaker Old Fashioned).
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla).
  4. You need 1/2 cup of Almond Milk.
  5. It's 2 of Egg Whites.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup.
  8. You need 1/2 of Banana.

Protein Pancakes instructions

  1. Place oats in a blender until finely mixed into a powder substance.
  2. Pour & mix all dry ingredients into a small bowl.
  3. Add & mix egg whites & almond milk to the dry mixture.
  4. Set oven top to medium heat with a lightly greased skillet/pan.
  5. Pour mixture onto heated skillet/pan & flip as you would like a regular pancake.
  6. Serve finished pancakes with sliced bananas & syrup.
